Die T.F.I. Tatra-Freunde International wurden von Pierpaolo Cincinelli und Simona Patrascu zum mittlerweile 44. Internationalen Tatra-Treffen eingeladen. Die beiden sympathischen Organisatoren gaben das Motto „Kunst, Geschichte und Kulinarik zwischen Latium und Umbrien“ aus. Unter der Patronanz der tschechischen Botschaft im nur 140 km entfernten Rom präsentierten sie der interessierten Öffentlichkeit eine bunte Vielfalt hochkarätiger Tatra-Fahrzeuge und den Teilnehmern – neben der wunderschönen Landschaft rund um Europas größten Vulkansee – die lokalen kulturellen und geschichtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und alles, was Küche und Keller in dieser Region zu bieten haben.
I T.F.I. Tatra Freunde International sono stati invitati da Pierpaolo Cincinelli e Simona Patrascu al 44° Meeting Internazionale dei Tatra. I due simpatici organizzatori hanno scelto il motto “Arte, storia e delizie culinarie tra Lazio e Umbria”. Con il patrocinio dell'ambasciata ceca a Roma, a soli 140 km di distanza, hanno presentato al pubblico interessato e ai partecipanti una variopinta varietà di veicoli Tatra di alta classe - oltre allo splendido paesaggio intorno al lago vulcanico più grande d'Europa - le attrazioni culturali e storiche locali e tutto ciò che la cucina e le cantine della regione hanno da offrire.
Na 44. mezinárodní setkání přátel Tatry T.F.I. pozvali Pierpaolo Cincinelli a Simona Patrascu. Oba spřátelení organizátoři zvolili motto „Umění, historie a kulinářské požitky mezi Laziem a Umbrií“. Pod záštitou českého velvyslanectví v Římě, vzdáleného pouhých 140 km, představili zájemcům a účastníkům pestrou paletu špičkových vozidel Tatra - kromě nádherné krajiny kolem největšího sopečného jezera v Evropě také místní kulturní a historické památky a vše, co nabízí kuchyně a sklepy tohoto regionu.
T.F.I. Tatra Friends International were invited by Pierpaolo Cincinelli and Simona Patrascu to the 44th International Tatra Meeting. The two friendly organizers chose the motto “Art, history and culinary delights between Lazio and Umbria”. Under the patronage of the Czech embassy in Rome, just 140 km away, they presented a colourful variety of top-class Tatra vehicles to the interested public and the participants - in addition to the beautiful landscape around Europe's largest volcanic lake - the local cultural and historical sights and everything that the cuisine and cellars of this region have to offer.
Dreh- und Angelpunkt des Treffens war das Hotel Platani in Bolsena, das uns mit Frühstück und Abendessen und Raum für Benzingespräche versorgte.
Il fulcro dell'incontro è stato l'Hotel Platani di Bolsena, che ha offerto colazione e cena e uno spazio per le discussioni dei petrolhead.
Centrem setkání byl hotel Platani v Bolseně, který nám poskytl snídani a večeři a také prostor pro diskuse petrolheadů.
The hub of the meeting was the Hotel Platani in Bolsena, which provided us with breakfast and dinner as well as a space for petrolhead discussions.
Die Teilnehmer kamen aus Italien, Österreich, Tschechien und Deutschland mit Tatras der Typen T57 Sport, T57A, T57K/A, T75, T603-1, T603-3, T613 und T700. Die teilweise sehr weite Anreisen zum Event wurden oft gleich mit einem Urlaub verbunden, sodass auch an den Tagen vor und nach dem Treffen eine deutlich höhere Tatradichte auf Italiens Straßen zu verzeichnen war.
I partecipanti provenivano da Italia, Austria, Repubblica Ceca e Germania con Tatra del tipo T57 Sport, T57A, T57K/A, T75, T603-1, T603-3, T613 e T700. I viaggi, a volte molto lunghi, per raggiungere l'evento sono stati spesso combinati con le vacanze, così che anche nei giorni precedenti e successivi al raduno la densità di Tatra sulle strade italiane è stata notevolmente superiore.
Účastníci přijeli z Itálie, Rakouska, České republiky a Německa s Tatrami typů T57 Sport, T57A, T57K/A, T75, T603-1, T603-3, T613 a T700. Někdy velmi dlouhé cesty na sraz byly často spojeny s dovolenou, takže i ve dnech před a po srazu byla na italských silnicích výrazně vyšší hustota tatrovek.
The participants came from Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic and Germany with Tatras of the types T57 Sport, T57A, T57K/A, T75, T603-1, T603-3, T613 and T700. The sometimes very long journeys to the event were often combined with a holiday, so that even on the days before and after the meeting there was a significantly higher Tatra density on Italy's roads.
Eingebettet in nachhaltig wirkende kulinarische Highlights (der Autor dieser Zeilen verbuchte nach dem Treffen ein Plus an gut drei Kilogramm Lebendmasse) war erlebte Nachhilfe in italienischem Lifestyle, italienischer Baukunst und italienischer Geschichte.
Tra le specialità culinarie che hanno avuto un effetto duraturo (l'autore di queste righe ha guadagnato ben tre chili di peso vivo dopo l'incontro) ci sono state lezioni sullo stile di vita italiano, sull'architettura italiana e sulla storia italiana.
Do kulinářských zážitků s trvalým účinkem (autor těchto řádků po setkání přibral dobré tři kilogramy živé váhy) byly vloženy lekce italského životního stylu, italské architektury a italské historie.
Embedded in culinary highlights with a lasting effect (the author of these lines gained a good three kilograms of live weight after the meeting) were lessons in Italian lifestyle, Italian architecture and Italian history.

Dem Besuch der Altstadt und des Doms von Orvieto (einer sehenswerten Stadt im nahen Umbrien) und des dortigen archelogischen Nationalmuseums folgte der Besuch des beliebten Restaurants „Le Grotte del Funaro“. Der Besichtigung des malerischen Städchens von Bolsena mit der Stiftskirche Santa Christina und den sehenswerten Katakomben folgte eine wahrlich köstliche Mittagspause im Restaurant „Il Pirata“ in Marta direkt am Bolsenasee. Aber auch die Fahrpausen zwischen „pranzo“ und „cena“ dienten der Stärkung: Die Weinverkostung im imposanten Weingut der Familie Cotarella war mit Brötchen garniert und auch der gereichte Aperitif an der Piazza Europa in San Lorenzo Nuovo hatte seine nahrhaften Beilagen.
La visita al centro storico e al duomo di Orvieto (città da visitare nella vicina Umbria) e al museo archeologico nazionale è stata seguita da una visita al famoso ristorante “Le Grotte del Funaro”. La visita alla pittoresca cittadina di Bolsena, con la collegiata di Santa Cristina e le catacombe, che meritano di essere visitate, è stata seguita da una pausa pranzo davvero deliziosa al ristorante “Il Pirata” di Marta, proprio sul lago di Bolsena. Ma le pause tra “pranzo” e “cena” sono servite anche per rifocillarsi: la degustazione di vini nel suggestivo vigneto della famiglia Cotarella è stata guarnita con panini e l'aperitivo servito in Piazza Europa a San Lorenzo Nuovo ha avuto anche i suoi nutrienti contorni.
Po návštěvě starého města a katedrály v Orvietu (město, které stojí za to vidět v nedaleké Umbrii) a tamního národního archeologického muzea následovala návštěva oblíbené restaurace „Le Grotte del Funaro“. Po návštěvě malebného městečka Bolsena s kolegiátním kostelem Santa Christina a katakombami, které stojí za vidění, následovala opravdu vynikající pauza na oběd v restauraci „Il Pirata“ v Martě, přímo u jezera Bolsena. Přestávky mezi „pranzo“ a „cena“ však sloužily také jako občerstvení: ochutnávku vína na působivé vinici rodiny Cotarella zdobily chlebíčky a aperitiv podávaný na náměstí Piazza Europa v San Lorenzo Nuovo měl také své výživné přílohy.
A visit to the old town and cathedral of Orvieto (a town worth seeing in nearby Umbria) and the national archaeological museum there was followed by a visit to the popular restaurant ‘Le Grotte del Funaro’. The visit to the picturesque little town of Bolsena with the collegiate church of Santa Christina and the catacombs, which are well worth seeing, was followed by a truly delicious lunch break at the restaurant ‘Il Pirata’ in Marta, right on Lake Bolsena. But the breaks between ‘pranzo’ and ‘cena’ also served as refreshment: the wine tasting in the impressive Cotarella family vineyard was garnished with bread rolls and the aperitif served in Piazza Europa in San Lorenzo Nuovo also had its nutritious side dishes.

Die Fahrten erfolgten im Konvoi und teilweise unter Security-Begleitung. Und – typisch für Italien –selbst bei Verkehrsbehinderungen gab es nur schwärmende Blicke und anerkennende Zurufe für unsere historischen Fahrzeuge.
I viaggi sono stati effettuati in convoglio e talvolta accompagnati dalla sicurezza. E - tipico dell'Italia - anche quando c'erano intralci al traffico, c'erano solo sguardi estasiati e applausi di apprezzamento per i nostri veicoli storici.
Cesty probíhaly v konvoji a někdy v doprovodu ochranky. A - což je pro Itálii typické - i když se vyskytly dopravní překážky, naše historická vozidla se setkávala jen s nadšenými pohledy a uznalým jásotem.
The journeys were made in convoy and sometimes accompanied by security. And - typical for Italy - even when there were traffic obstructions, there were only rapturous glances and appreciative cheers for our historic vehicles.
Viel zu schnell ist die Zeit vergangen, und so bleibt uns nur noch, den Veranstaltern ein recht herzliches "DANKE!" zu sagen. Jeder, der schon einmal ein Tatra-Treffen organisiert hat, weiß, wieviele Überlegungen, wieviel Arbeit und auch Aufwendungen dahinter stecken.
Il tempo è passato troppo in fretta, quindi possiamo solo dire un sentito “GRAZIE!” agli organizzatori. Chiunque abbia mai organizzato un raduno di Tatra sa quanto sia necessario pensare, lavorare e spendere.
Čas utekl až příliš rychle, a tak nezbývá než organizátorům vyslovit srdečné "DĚKUJEME!". Každý, kdo někdy organizoval sraz Tatrovek, ví, kolik je za tím přemýšlení, práce a nákladů.
The time passed far too quickly, so we can only say a heartfelt ‘THANK YOU!’ to the organisers. Anyone who has ever organised a Tatra meeting knows how much thought, work and expense goes into it.
