Erstmals in ihrer Geschichte folgten die Tatra-Freunde der Einladung einer Gastgeberin. Dies bewegte sogar den Wettergott zu einem Stimmungswechsel - nach 40 Tagen Regen fand das 43. internationale Tatra-Treffen trocken, ja sogar bei Sonnenschein im steirischen Ennstal statt.
Tatrováci poprvé ve své historii přijali pozvání hostesky. To spustilo i změnu nálady bohů počasí - po 40 deštivých dnech se ve štýrském údolí Enns za suchého počasí i se sluníčkem konal 43. mezinárodní tatranský sraz.

For the first time in their history, the Tatra Friends accepted the invitation of a hostess. This even triggered a change of mood in the weather gods - after 40 rainy days, the 43rd International Tatra Meeting took place in the Styrian Enns valley in dry weather, even with sunshine.
Dreh- und Angelpunkt war das Landhotel "Häuserl im Wald" in Mitterberg, einem kleinen Ort zwischen Gröbming und Öblarn, der so für ein paar Tage mit Sicherheit zum Ort mit der größten Tatra-Dichte Österreichs wurde.
Ústředním bodem byl venkovský hotel „Häuserl im Wald“ v Mitterbergu, městečku mezi Gröbmingem a Öblarn, které se na několik dní stalo místem s největší koncentrací Tater v Rakousku.

Die erste Fahrt führte zur Burg Strechau, in der neben einer Ausstellung über die Reformation und Gegenreformation auch eine stattliche Anzahl von Steyr-Fahrzeugen besichtigt wurden.
První cesta vedla na hrad Strechau, kde bylo kromě výstavy o reformaci a protireformaci k vidění také impozantní množství vozidel Steyr.
Il primo viaggio ha portato al Castello di Strechau, dove, oltre a una mostra sulla Riforma e Controriforma, era esposto anche un numero impressionante di veicoli Steyr.

Für das ausgezeichnete Mittagessen versammelten sich unsere Fahrzeuge beim Ödensee, einem der kleineren Seen des Salzkammergutes.
